Refund Policy

Last updated: April 10, 2025

At Activeone, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced or once the project has been delivered, whether partially or in full.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the client believes that we have not complied with the terms agreed upon in the proposal or contract, the client may request a review of the case. We will assess the situation and, acting reasonably and in good faith, may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • An adjustment to the delivered services.

  • A credit toward future projects.

  • A partial or full refund under exceptional circumstances.

All payments, credits, and any potential refunds will be made exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). This refund policy applies equally to payments made directly to Activeone and to those processed through any third-party payment gateway services.

Procedure to Request a Review

The client must submit a formal request to the designated contact specified in the master agreement executed between the parties within fifteen (15) days following the date of service delivery or the relevant payment, whichever occurs first.

The request must include:

  • Contract number or project reference.

  • A detailed description of the reasons for the request.

Activeone commits to reviewing and responding to the request within no more than seven

(7) business days from its receipt.

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

  • Payments for third-party software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.

  • Initial deposits or advance payments for customized projects.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the amount of any approved refund exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the service in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Contractual Integration

This policy supplements and forms an integral part of the master agreement executed between Activeone and the client. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the master agreement, the provisions of the master agreement shall prevail.
