Where AI creates value,we build agents.

We understand your operation, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and design agents ready to run in production.

Anyone will sell you an agent.

We tell you first whether it is worth implementing.

  • We understand your business first

We diagnose your operation before proposing an agent. Without an honest diagnosis, there is no serious implementation.

  • We measure real impact

We agree on success metrics before we build. Without measurement, an agent in production is a blind bet.

  • Guardrails from day one.

We design what the agent can and cannot do before writing the first line of code. Not as a layer added later.

  • We tell you when not to implement.

If AI does not add measurable value to your operation, we say so plainly. Honest consulting pays for itself.

Four pillars.Designed to scale without compromising your operation.

  • Autonomous agents

Individual agents that resolve processes where human judgment is the bottleneck — repetitive decisions, time-consuming exceptions, multi-step tasks.

  • Multi-agent orchestration

When a process crosses several departments, systems, or decisions, we design systems where multiple agents collaborate with defined roles and full traceability. Coordination via Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Governance & guardrails

Rules, limits, and controls that define what an agent can do in production — and what it cannot. Security, compliance, permissions, and business rules embedded in the architecture.

  • Generative experiences

Strategists who turn a business vision into resolving chatbots, internal copilots, RAG systems over your own knowledge, and multimodal applications. Built for real production — with guardrails against hallucinations and measurable accuracy, not for a demo.

Every project starts by defining what kind of agent you need, with what level of autonomy, and under which guardrails. Not the other way around.

Three phases. One criterion: we only implement what wins.

Phases

  1. Diagnosis.

We map your process end to end and identify where an agent delivers measurable impact — and where it does not.

  2. Implementation.

We design guardrails, integrate with your critical systems, and deploy with full traceability. Zero "let's see what happens."

  3. Measurement.

We keep measuring impact against the agreed metrics. We detect drift early and adjust based on what real operations reveal.

Without an honest diagnosis, there is no serious implementation. Without real measurement, no agent survives.

How we build serious agents

An agent in production is not a prompt. It is engineering.

  • Tools & integration.

We define which systems the agent can access, which tools we build custom, and how it integrates with your stack without breaking what already runs.

  • Memory & context.

RAG flows for your own knowledge, caching to control cost, and context handling so the agent does not lose the thread.

  • MCP integration.

We connect agents through the Model Context Protocol. We build custom MCPs when a system does not have one.

  • Prompt engineering & evaluation.

Writing them is not enough: we measure, iterate, and validate them before production.

  • Observability & scoring.

Validation metrics, decision traceability, and alerts before an error becomes an incident.

It is not a demo. It is production engineering.

We work with the real agentic platforms, frameworks, and models on the 2026 market.

We are not fans of any of them. What to use is decided in the Diagnosis, case by case. No dogma.

What Everyone Asks Before Getting Started

About the Service

What exactly is an “autonomous agent,” and why would I need one?

An autonomous agent plans, decides, and executes tasks within a defined process—without human intervention at every step. It’s justified when the process requires real judgment (not simple rules), spans multiple systems and decisions, or when the volume makes it impractical to handle manually. If it doesn’t meet these conditions, it’s over-engineering. And if your project is a complete product to be built—rather than just incorporating agents into an existing operation—check out [Product Discovery →].

What if the assessment shows that I don't need an agent?

This is an expected outcome. If we can prevent you from investing in something that doesn't add value to your business, it means we've done our job well.

About the Process

How does a project begin?

With a 30-minute strategic call where we get to know your business and assess whether we're a good fit. If we are, we move on to the Assessment. If we aren't, we'll let you know.

What do they need from my team?

In the Diagnosis phase, work with someone who understands the process. In the Implementation phase, collaborate with your technical team on integrations and access. In the Measurement phase, maintain open communication with those who manage the process on a day-to-day basis.

Do you sign an NDA before you start?

Yes, that's standard procedure. We'll send you a signed NDA before any detailed technical discussions.

On Trust

What happens if the agent fails in production?

The guardrails include fallback mechanisms that rely on human intervention, early warnings, and full traceability. Nothing goes into production without a tested contingency plan. At Medición, we actively monitor the system to detect drift before it becomes an incident.

How long does a complete Agentic project take?

It depends on the scope defined in the Assessment. A small agent with simple integrations is very different from a multi-agent system that spans multiple departments. The Assessment defines a realistic timeline before committing to implementation.

What happens after the agent goes into production?

We offer continuous monitoring as a service. We report on impact, detect drift, and suggest adjustments based on what the operation reveals. If you decide to operate without us, we’ll provide all the documentation and access credentials so your team can continue.

Everyone is selling AI.Very few tell you when you don't need it.
