Challenge

Evaluating large volumes of candidates required manually reviewing CVs, coordinating technical assessments, and analyzing results across multiple stages. The challenge was to build a platform that could automate this process while maintaining a rigorous technical evaluation.

Solution

We developed an end-to-end recruitment platform and integrated AI agents across multiple stages of the hiring process. Agents audit CVs and generate an initial candidate score. Candidates who meet the defined criteria automatically move to technical assessments, including automated evaluations and live AI-powered interviews. Results from each stage feed into the evaluation process, creating a Top Candidate pool of pre-screened and validated profiles ready for the final hiring decision.
