WAMRISK – AI-powered enterprise risk management
WAMRISK is a SaaS platform that moves risk management out of spreadsheets and in-person workshops and into a guided, continuous digital process. It combines WAM’s proprietary methodology with artificial intelligence agents, so executives and their teams can identify, prioritize, assess, and monitor the risks of their company, projects, and processes in one place.
Challenge
In most organizations, a risk only becomes visible once it has already materialized. Critical information is scattered, each area applies different criteria, and preventive follow-up depends on the manual effort of a few people.
WAM had a proven methodology to solve this problem, but applying it depended on the direct involvement of its consultants. The challenge was to turn that knowledge into a digital product able to reach many more organizations, using artificial intelligence to speed up the analysis without taking the final decision away from the people accountable for the risk.
Solution
Activeone partnered with WAM from product discovery through development, and designed a multi-tenant SaaS platform built on decoupled services. The business logic, developed with Laravel, runs independently from the artificial intelligence service, built with Python and LangGraph on OpenAI models.
On this foundation, specialized AI agents analyze each organization’s context to propose risks, cause-and-effect relationships, and controls. The user accepts, adjusts, or discards every suggestion. Prioritization and scoring follow WAM’s methodology, which ensures consistent and auditable results.
The web platform, developed with Vue 3, turns the analysis into a visual experience:

Action plans with tracking and alerts.
A separate administration panel manages organizations, plans, and subscriptions.
